Return/Exchange
Unwashed, unworn, or defective
merchandise may be returned within 14 days for either
an exchange or a refund. We will refund shipping charges only
if we sent the wrong item or if the item sent was defective.
If you are making an exchange because you want a different size,
design, or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
Please contact
us by email to obtain a return
authorization number and return-instructions. The bbib(s)
should be returned in the original packaging.
We recommend you return items in the original UPS envelope
and use a carrier that will provide a tracking number for your
package. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept
COD.

1. Is ordering over the Internet
secure?
The security of your personal information is important to us.
When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers)
on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure
socket layer (SSL) technology.
2. What are my payment options?
You can make payments using the following credit cards:
VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club.
3. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A sales tax of 6.25% will be charged only on orders shipped
within New Mexico. All other orders are tax-free!
4. Is it possible to track my order?
After we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation
email that will include a UPS tracking number. This will allow
you to track your order.
5. Will I receive a confirmation
email after I order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after placing an
order on our site. In addition, the last step of the ordering
process produces a confirmation page that you can print out
for your records.
6. Do you offer gift wrapping?
If you want to send your order as a gift, you can request "Gift
Wrapping" during the ordering process. We will then special-wrap
your order and include a gift card containing your personal
message. There is a $5 surcharge for this service.
7. Is there a maximum length for
the message I can include with my gift?
Yes. Please do not use more than 200 characters (including spaces)
for your message. Otherwise we will not be able to print your
full message on the gift card.
8. When will my order be shipped?
We will process your order the next business day.
9. How much does shipping cost?
We ship all orders via UPS. We offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second
Day Air, UPS Ground, and, for international shipments, UPS Worldwide
Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Your shipping cost will
depend on which option you select. Charges will be calculated
in real time, on the order form.
10. Can I send my order as a gift to someone
else?
Yes, you can send your order to someone else as a gift. You
will find a gift option button on your order form. We will gift-wrap
your order, and if you wish you may add a personal message.
The surcharge is $5. You also may send items to more than one
address. You can select this feature in the Shopping Cart.
